It's hard to beat the classics...the classic human motivations as my writing prof in university used to proclaim: lust, love, guilt and greed among them.
We marketing types tend to focus in on the all-encompassing motivation – WIIFM -– What's In It For Me.
Which leads us to take the consumer's WIIFM perspective in our communications.
WIIFM is also a good place to start if you're thinking of writing a book, as you have previously contemplated, Andrea.
As to the actual subject matter, I leave that to you. Perhaps whatever's top of mind as it were!?!?
